2005-2014 Mustang S197 Full Rear Suspension Grip Kit by Synergy Race Development
You want ALLLL the grip don't you? How about all of the adjustability? Well damn, here it is! The full Scotidi Race Development rear suspension package has everything you need to transform your S197 into a monster. This kit gives you a bundle price on all of our rear suspension components, which includes:
Anti-Squat Brackets
Even at factory ride height, the anti-squat percentage is very small (12%) and lowering the car only makes it worse. For drifting applications specifically, anti-squat is (in our minds) a desirable suspension characteristic and therefore these brackets are highly desirable. From our experience, anti-squat provides forward drive in the car and allows a much more aggressive and fast driving style than a pro-squat setup. It also reduces the need for a big tire to put traction down. Drag racers have been dialing in anti-squat for decades to gain grip.
These brackets have 3 settings, and these are the anti squat percentages:
- Top - 54%
- Middle - 69%
- Bottom - 83%
Rear Lower Control Arms
Get rid of those bulky stamped arms with flimsy rubber bushings! Or even better, get rid of those terrible urethane bushing arms that rip your chassis mounts apart!
- Comes with high end, lubrication free, stainless steel rod ends for long lifespan. Most of the time when you buy these style arms they put the cheapest rod ends they can in.
- Full articulation of the axle is allowed with these arms, unlike any other arm that doesn't use rod ends for both ends.

Panhard Bar
Have you lowered your 05-14 Mustang and now the axle isn't centered? Are you noticing squirm in corners? Or even worse, have you bent your stock panhard bar?
Get rid of that non adjustable panhard bar with flimsy rubber bushings!
- Comes with high end, lubrication free, stainless steel rod ends for long lifespan. Most of the time when you buy these style panhard bars they put the cheapest rod ends they can in.

Panhard Brace
Added some grip to your car and want extra security that your panhard bar wont flex your chassis? Or are you just a person with some taste and want to add some flair to your S197? Either way, the S197 Panhard brace is a perfect accent to any S197, especially when the rest of the rear suspension is already Scotidi!
This replaces the factory panhard brace and uses the factory hardware.
Upper Control Arm
Improve grip, eliminate wheel hop, add strength, and most importantly, dial in that pinion angle. The Scotidi S197 UCA far surpasses the market standard by giving you a billet body and self lubricated 1" Rod end.
Most of the upper control arms on the market are flimsy sheet metal welded together with either a rubber or urethane bushing which does nothing for wheel hop or suspension deflection.
Although our arm is not "ON-CAR" adjustable, this is a component that we felt didn't need that feature at the expense of every other benefit of this arm. When paired with our UCA instant center adjustment bracket, the pinion angle will remain constant no matter which IC setting it is on, and pinion angle is a one time setting.

Upper Control Arm Mount
Grip is the name of the game for us, and this adjustable Upper Control Arm mount will help dial that in. This mount allows you to run different locations of instant center, which also adds anti-squat and changes how the weight transfers in the car. The S197 is a whole new animal with the rear suspension dialed in, and this is one of those parts that will make a big difference.
- 3/8" thick walls mean no deflection or tear outs
