Shipping & Returns
Our shipping prices are set for the lower 48 states, however, if you Contact Us for shipping outside of the continental United States, we can get you an accurate shipping cost. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the process time of the order. Many parts are made to order, and there may be up to a two week lead time. We will email you a tracking number when the parts have shipped. Please Note that due to the current pandemic, there may be some delays on some products depending on the supplier. We will do our very best to get you your parts as soon as we possibly can.
You may return most new, unopened parts within 30 days of delivery, but there is a 15% restocking fee. If the return is the result of our error, there will be no restocking fee, and we'll pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
