1979-04 Mustang Lower Coilover / Shock Mount (PAIR) by Maximum Motorsports
These shock-to-axle mounting brackets are robust replacements for the OEM double-shear lower shock brackets. Unlike the OEM bracket, the MM design is suitable for use with a coil-over conversion. They work great with Feal Suspension True Rear Coilovers.
Better by Design
- Stronger than OEM double-shear brackets, and with a stronger 2-bolt attachment to the axle
- Allows installation of later model Mustang shocks that require a double-shear lower bracket to Mustangs not originally equipped with double-shear brackets
- Required upgrade for rear coil-over conversion; OEM double-shear brackets easily fail in a coil-over application
