The 1999-2004 Mustang Cobra Reinforced IRS Diff Cover is much more durable than the factory differential cover. When combining the lowering rear diff mount AND the Ford Racing IRS diff cover, you WILL run into clearance issues with the inner toe link mounts on the subframe. This Ford Racing rear differential cover has been milled to prevent interference with the inner toe link mounting brackets when using the FT 1401 Delrin Isolated rear differential lowering mount.
