Drift American reserves the right to update website content, product information, pricing, availability, and these terms as necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page.

2. Orders & Payment

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, manufacturer availability, and acceptance by Drift American.

If an issue arises with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

3. Shipping & Processing Times

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates displayed on our website are generally configured for the contiguous United States. Customers located outside this area should contact Drift American for a shipping quote before placing an order.

International shipments and shipments outside our standard shipping coverage may require additional arrangements. Certain products may not be eligible for international shipment.

Order Processing

Most in-stock items generally ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order products may require up to two weeks before shipment unless otherwise specified. Certain products may require several months, depending on manufacturer demand and availability.

Processing times are estimates and may vary by product. If you need a part by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can help verify availability and the estimated shipping timeframe.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery estimates are affected by carrier performance and other circumstances outside our control. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur because of manufacturer backorders, production schedules, carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order experiences an unexpected delay, contact us with your order number so we can help determine its status.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact Drift American as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled only before shipment or, for products requiring manufacturing, before production begins, subject to the terms applicable to the order and any nonrecoverable costs already incurred.

Custom, special-order, and made-to-order products may be ineligible for cancellation or refunds once production or fulfillment has begun, where permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed for the product.

A cancellation request is not approved until Drift American confirms the cancellation. If an order has already shipped, our return policy may apply instead.

5. Returns & Restocking Fees

Return Eligibility

Most new, unopened parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Returned products must not have been installed on a vehicle and must be in a condition suitable for return. Original packaging, accessories, hardware, and documentation should be included where applicable.

Customers must contact Drift American before returning an item. We will provide instructions for the return process. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused where permitted by applicable law.

Restocking Fees

Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and inventory processing.

If a return is necessary because of an error made by Drift American, no restocking fee will apply, and we will cover applicable return shipping costs.

Installed Products

Products should be checked for correct fitment and condition before installation.

If a product has been installed and is found to be incorrect, contact us before removing or returning it. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund of up to 50% after the product has been returned and evaluated.

A 20% restocking fee may apply where appropriate and permitted by law. Any refund for an installed product must be approved by Drift American.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us with the following information:

Your order number.
The product you would like to return.
The reason for the return.
Any relevant photos or additional information, if requested.

6. Refund Processing

Once an authorized return has been received and processed, eligible refunds will be issued according to the applicable return terms.

Refunds generally take approximately two to four weeks from the time a returned package is handed to the return shipping carrier, although many are completed sooner.

This estimate may include:

Approximately 5–10 business days for return transit.
Approximately 3–5 business days for return processing.
Approximately 3–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Actual processing times may vary depending on the carrier, return inspection, payment method, and financial institution.

Any applicable restocking fees or other authorized deductions will be communicated as part of the return process.

7. Product Fitment & Installation

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased parts are appropriate for their vehicle and intended application.

Although we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and fitment information, vehicle modifications, production differences, aftermarket components, and previous repairs may affect compatibility.

Review the product listing and contact Drift American if fitment is uncertain before purchasing or installing a part.

Drift American is a parts retailer and does not perform vehicle installation services. We recommend that automotive parts be installed by a qualified professional familiar with the product and vehicle.

Customers and installers are responsible for following applicable manufacturer instructions, installation procedures, torque specifications, safety requirements, and vehicle-specific recommendations.

8. Product Use, Safety & Liability

Off-Road Use

Products sold by Drift American may be designed for drifting, competition, racing, or other off-road motorsport applications.

Customers should not assume that an aftermarket performance part is approved for public-road use. Certain products may be intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public roads.

Customers are responsible for verifying applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing, installing, or using a product.

Vehicle Modifications

Automotive modifications may affect vehicle handling, braking, steering, suspension geometry, emissions compliance, safety systems, warranty coverage, and overall vehicle operation.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a modification is appropriate for their vehicle and intended use. Products should be installed and maintained in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drift American disclaims liability for damage, injury, loss, or other consequences arising from improper installation, misuse, modification, maintenance, or operation of products sold through our website.

Drift American is not responsible for vehicle damage or damage to other property resulting from product failure or improper product use to the extent such limitations are permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or eliminates statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Website Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information are accurate.

Manufacturers may update product designs, specifications, packaging, or availability without advance notice. Product photographs may also differ slightly from the actual item.

If we identify a material error affecting an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to correct website errors and address suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions in accordance with applicable law.
